These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all textile care services provided by Tex-RIMA GmbH. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of services
Tex-RIMA GmbH provides professional textile care including dry cleaning, laundering, shirt service, alterations, bedding, and home textile care. We apply care appropriate to each item type and fabric.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in CHF and are subject to VAT where applicable. Final prices may vary depending on fabric, construction, and care requirements. We will inform you of any additional costs before processing. Payment is due upon collection or as agreed.
3. Handover and collection
Items are handed over and collected at our premises. You are responsible for declaring any special requirements or damages. We will notify you when items are ready for collection. Uncollected items may be subject to storage fees after a reasonable period.
4. Liability
We exercise due care in processing your items. Our liability is limited to the value of the item unless we have acted with gross negligence or intent. Liability for consequential damages is excluded unless we have acted with gross negligence or intent. Pre-existing damage or wear must be reported at handover.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be raised within 7 days of collection. Items must be returned in the condition received. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a remedy or compensation.
6. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
7. Updates
We may update these terms. The current version is available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
